Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Warehouse Manager. By signing up you agree to be bound by them.

1. Account and workspace

You may create one workspace per organisation. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Free trial and billing

New workspaces receive a 90-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to store unlawful content, reverse engineer the platform, or interfere with other tenants.

4. Data and privacy

We process your data per our privacy policy. We do not sell your data.

5. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months.
